Our work / Bedford

Bedford · Full-home rental rehabilitation Worth
bringing back.

Some people see a property past its prime. We see what it could become. At Bedford, a real estate investor entrusted us with a full-home rehabilitation—and a future far beyond the first impression.

The brief

A rental home
with a fresh start.

Bedford was a whole-house rehabilitation for a real estate investor who planned to turn the property into a rental home. The task was to bring the property together as a place someone could be proud to call home.

Inside, the finished flooring, crisp trim, updated fixtures, and refreshed rooms create a consistent feel. Outside, the bright exterior, dark accents, and renewed deck give the house a presence it had been missing.

The high-contrast trim was a deliberate choice. Dark edges against bright walls make every line and transition noticeable, especially in an older home. Careful preparation and finishing give that contrast its confidence. We brought the same approach to our Meadowside rehabilitation in Garland.

This is the part of the work we love: carrying a property from the condition you see in the first photographs to the moment the garage door opens on something worth showing off.
