The floor you see depends on preparation beneath it. Sacred Innovations coordinates flooring and tile projects for homes and commercial interiors, including removal, substrate preparation, installation, and the trim details that finish the room.

Flooring project scope
Discuss luxury vinyl plank, tile, and other suitable finishes for the room’s use. Work can include removal of existing flooring, baseboard replacement, transitions, and identified subfloor repairs. We distinguish measured floor area from ordering quantities so waste and layout needs are visible in the estimate.
Inspect before covering
Flatness, moisture conditions, existing adhesives, and movement may affect the installation method. The selected manufacturer’s requirements guide preparation. A floor that feels uneven should be evaluated before new material is ordered; a new finish does not correct an underlying moisture or structural problem.
Coordinate edges and adjoining rooms
Door clearances, stair interfaces, appliances, cabinets, and transitions deserve attention before installation. Decide whether baseboards are being removed and reinstalled or replaced. Furniture moving and occupied-room access should be explicitly included or excluded.
Information for an accurate quote
Send photos, room dimensions or a spatial report, the existing flooring type, and the preferred replacement. Tell us about soft spots, recurring staining, or earlier repairs. We will define the installation scope and identify conditions that need further investigation.
